Tom Petty’s Malibu estate, which he called home for nearly 20 years, has finally sold after being on and off the market for over a year.
Initially listed for $19 million in July 2024, then again a year later for $15.5 million with no buyers, the home sold this past October at an even more reduced price of $11.2 million.
The late Rock & Roll Hall of Famer purchased the property in 1998 for $3.75 million and lived there until his passing in 2017.
