Inside Pouncey’s Waterfront Home

Spread across a rare double lot, Pouncey’s property is immediately recognizable from its full football field installed beside the house, complete with the Miami Dolphins logo stretched across the turf.

Beyond the football field, you can see inside the property through posts shared by Kimberly Knausz, Houses, and Maureen McDermut, each offering a closer look at the rooms, finishes, and character that define the home.

Inside the house, the main level has an open-concept layout that frames the water through full walls of glass.

Within the space, a living and dining area blends into the gourmet kitchen, where an oversized island grounds the room amongst its high-end finishes and clean lines.

The upper levels are easily accessed by a private elevator, leading to additional living spaces such as the primary suite, guest bedrooms, a fully equipped home gym, and a rooftop deck overlooking downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Out back, the luxury waterfront amenities that come with this home include a resort-style pool, a summer kitchen, and a private dock offering ocean access.

A full video tour from ONE Sotheby’s International Realty offers an even deeper look at the estate, from its incredible position along the water to the way each room flows into the next.

It’s the best way to understand how the layout connects, revealing small details and transitions that photos alone can’t fully capture.

Why Did Pouncey Sell?

Mike Pouncey listed his waterfront Florida home as he and his family prepared to move to the 220-acre ranch in Okeechobee where they’ve built their retirement home.

The family had planned to settle full-time there once their son finished high school.

Therefore, the sale of this waterfront home marks a practical transition for the Pounceys and opens the door for a new owner to make the upgraded home their own.
