Sheryl Crow Sells Nashville Estate For $2.2 Million
Sheryl Crow has sold a 2.2-acre portion of her Nashville estate for $2.2 million, closing $400,000 above its $1.8 million asking price.
In 2007, the Grammy-winning musician moved to Nashville to be closer to family as she prepared to adopt and raise her two sons. In 2015, she expanded her main residence with this home for $1.235 million.
Selling the extra home today is the latest step in Crow’s gradual downsizing of a compound that once covered 50.69 acres, though she still owns the remaining two parcels totaling just under 49 acres.

Preparing for the Sale
Right before Crow listed this home, she started prepping for the sale by clearing out the property in late March with a large estate sale that gave fans the chance to purchase pieces collected throughout the last 11 years.
The sale included antique mirrors, hand-knotted rugs, vintage furniture, upholstered chairs, leather seating, chandeliers, lamps, and a striped tuxedo sofa, some of which you can see in the video below.
Take a Tour of The Home
Set behind a gated, tree-lined drive in Forest Hills, Crow’s now-former residence follows a ranch-inspired plan with large living spaces and direct connections to the backyard.

As a result of the estate sale, the listing photos in the next two posts have been staged. However, the main level still includes two bedrooms, a dedicated office that could serve as a fifth bedroom, multiple sitting areas, and vaulted ceilings that bring additional volume to the interior.
The renovated kitchen sits near the center of the main floor and opens toward the surrounding living spaces, allowing the home to function comfortably for both daily life and larger gatherings.
Upstairs, two more bedrooms are joined by a full bathroom and a compact loft, creating separation between the main living areas and private corners of the house.
Outside, patios extend toward the swimming pool and open lawn, with enough space for gardening and outdoor activities.
Final Thoughts on The Sale
For Sheryl Crow, this sale marks another step in gradually scaling back the Nashville property she once assembled around family life as she began life as a new mom.
By parting with this 2.2-acre parcel and still retaining much of the surrounding land, she is downsizing without fully leaving behind the roots she established in the area.
Overall, the $2.2 million sale passes the Forest Hills residence to a new owner who gains updated interiors, a pool, and a private setting with Sheryl as your neighbor.
