Travis Kelce Buys Historic Lake Erie Mansion For $5.35 Million
Travis Kelce has added a 21,140-square-foot lakefront mansion in Bratenahl, Ohio, to his real estate portfolio, purchasing the historic property for $5.35 million. The home was first listed in 2024 for $6.99 million.

Inside The Gilded-Age Mansion
Originally built in 1895, Kelce’s new mansion sits on 3.5 acres along the Lake Erie shoreline and retains much of its original architecture despite its extensive modernization.
As you walk inside, the grand entrance hall showcases carved walnut and oak details before entering the main living spaces lined with leaded-glass windows.
Off to one side, the formal dining room includes a fireplace and accordion doors opening into a sunroom finished with polished marble floors and an amber-toned leaded-glass skylight.
From there, the interiors extend onto a stone terrace and newly built bluestone patio overlooking the heated swimming pool and lake.
Up on the third floor, the former ballroom has been transformed into a game room and home theater.
Downstairs, the lower level was rebuilt for entertaining, with a billiards room, poker area, bar, temperature-controlled wine cellar and tasting room, fitness center, and sauna.

Final Thoughts
Kelce’s new Lake Erie mansion brings him back home, just a few miles from Cleveland Heights, where he and his brother grew up.
That makes the $5.35 million purchase feel especially fitting as he enters married life, with the estate offering a place where he and Swift could possibly begin building a family of their own.
After years spent building a career that carried him far beyond Northeast Ohio, Kelce now has a home that reconnects him with the place that shaped him while giving him room for whatever comes next.
