Kirk Cousins Relists Georgia Home For $2.75 Million

Kirk Cousins has relisted his Georgia home for $2.75 million as the veteran quarterback settles into the 2026 season with the Las Vegas Raiders following his release from the Atlanta Falcons.

Cousins purchased the home for just under $2 million after joining Atlanta in 2024, but when the Falcons released him in March, two years before his contract was set to expire, he put the property on the market for $2.995 million.

After several months without a buyer, the listing was removed and has now returned at a reduced asking price.

Inside Cousins’ Georgia Home

Set on a corner lot within the gated River Club community, the roughly 10,000-square-foot home underwent an extensive remodel right before Cousins purchased it.

The renovation paired the home’s traditional architecture with updated finishes throughout its large living and entertaining spaces.

When first stepping inside the home, the entry hall is framed on either side by the dining room and a den with one of the home’s three fireplaces.

Further into the house, a redesigned kitchen opens directly into the surrounding family areas, while a fully finished terrace level provides additional space for a media room, gym, recreation area, or guest accommodations.

Outside, a remodeled screened-in deck overlooks the backyard above a covered porch and an outdoor fireplace.

The River Club Amenities

Cousins’ home sits within The River Club, a gated luxury community built around a Greg Norman-designed golf course next to the Chattahoochee River.

Community amenities include clubhouse dining, tennis courts, fitness facilities, and other recreational offerings.

At the heart of the recreation center is a resident-only pool, complete with a children’s splash pad and surrounding lounge areas. On the other side of the clubhouse are eight tennis courts and a playground.

At Home With Cousins

While Cousins and his family lived in this house for only a couple of years, they still made lots of memories, as seen in the Instagram posts below.

Game Prep in The Office

In a clip shared by Netflix Sports, Kirk Cousins gives a behind-the-scenes look at his game prep, showing off pages of handwritten notes and study materials.

The footage also offers a glimpse into his home office, where a clean, organized desk reflects the same level of discipline and attention to detail he brings to the field.

Active Father’s Day

In another video, Cousins’ sons surprise him for Father’s Day by decorating their go-kart for a fun-filled afternoon of golf and tennis.

The heartwarming moment plays out in the home’s front yard and driveway, giving a clear view of the brick-lined exterior and garage space.

The Home’s Security

Lastly, a detailed look at the home’s security system reveals more of the interior layout, including a glimpse into the kitchen.

Wrapped in white cabinetry with a striking blue tile backsplash and a marble island at the center, the space combines clean design with a pop of personality.

What’s Next For Cousins?

In just two years, Cousins’ Georgia home served as an important foundation for his family as they adjusted to a new team, a new state, and life beyond Minnesota after six seasons with the Vikings.

The house gave them a place to settle during that transition, even if Atlanta ultimately became a much shorter chapter than expected.

Now, with Cousins beginning his time with the Las Vegas Raiders, he is likely hoping the relisting finally closes the door on Georgia so his family can fully settle into their next city.
