Josh Allen Relists Dana Point Home For $7.995 Million

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen has relisted his Dana Point home for $7.995 million.

He initially listed the home for $8.5 million just weeks after marrying actress Hailee Steinfeld in May 2025, but pulled it from the market earlier this year after roughly six months without a sale.

Purchased for $7.2 million in 2023, Allen used the Monarch Bay property as an off-season getaway and bachelor pad.

Inside Allen’s Dana Point Home

Allen’s single-story residence is inspired by classic mid-century California architecture, with an open floor plan that places the family room beneath a vaulted cathedral ceiling in the middle of the layout.

Nearby, a formal dining room features a large wood table beneath a bright gold chandelier, steps away from the kitchen with quartz countertops and grey cabinetry.

Down the hall, the primary suite includes its own sitting area next to doors that slide open to the backyard. Additionally, three of the home’s four bedrooms, including the primary, have their own en-suite bathrooms.

At the back of the house, large sliding glass doors in the family room and kitchen open to the backyard.

The outdoor space is simple, with paved patios extending off the house for dining, lounging, and hot tubbing before opening into a large lawn.

Access to Monarch Bay Beach Club

In addition to the modern interiors and great location, Allen’s home also comes with membership to the exclusive Monarch Bay Beach Club, operated by the 5-star Waldorf Astoria.

Located right on the shoreline, the club offers beach butler service, oceanfront dining, and access to private cabanas and event spaces.

Why is Allen Selling?

Since marrying Hailee Steinfeld, Allen is ready to move on from the Dana Point home he originally bought as an off-season bachelor pad.

With a custom-built mansion closer to the Buffalo Bills’ stadium for the season and Steinfeld’s home in Encino covering their Southern California base, the couple already has their bi-coastal needs well accounted for.

That leaves the Monarch Bay property unneeded and ready for a new owner. Overall, at $7.995 million, the home offers a private gated setting, direct access to the community park, and a location just a few blocks from the coast.
