According to attorney Ronald Richards, PK’s $950,000 purchase of a deed interest in the home gives him a $251,175.94 credit against Dorit’s share of the property.
Richards claims that when the home is eventually sold, Dorit will receive no proceeds and that PK could potentially obtain a judgment against her for more than $1.2 million.
