Grady Jarrett Relists Sandy Springs Mansion For $5.85 Million

More than a year after trading his Atlanta Falcons jersey for the navy and orange of the Chicago Bears, two-time Pro Bowler Grady Jarrett is once again looking to sell his Georgia mansion.

The defensive tackle purchased the Sandy Springs estate for $3.5 million in 2020 and first listed it for $6.25 million in 2025, a few months after signing with Chicago.

Now, the 11,013-square-foot mansion is back on the market with a reduced $5.85 million asking price.

First Look Inside

Stepping inside, double-height living spaces are built with natural stone and intricate ironwork, first seen in the main living room, which has a floor-to-ceiling backlit onyx fireplace.

Around the corner, the kitchen features two large islands topped in Taj Mahal quartz, premium appliances, and a bar.

Down the hall, the main-level primary suite includes its own sitting area, a double-sided fireplace shared with the bedroom, a spa-style bathroom, and outdoor access.

On the second floor, you’ll find a second primary suite, an au pair suite, and additional en-suite guest bedrooms.

Downstairs, the recently renovated terrace level has its own bar, full kitchen, climate-controlled wine room, private home theater, and a wellness room.

The tour also follows the backyard from day into night, highlighting the swimming pool and spa surrounded by waterfalls and fire pits, along with the outdoor kitchen and private basketball court.

Moving On From Georgia

Jarrett’s decision to sell his mansion comes as he continues moving on from the city where he spent the first decade of his NFL career.

After years with the Falcons, his move to the Chicago Bears in 2025 brought an end to his time in Atlanta and ultimately left little reason to maintain such a large estate in Georgia.

More than a year after first putting the property on the market, Jarrett is hoping its return at a lower price will finally close that chapter.

Plus, he and his wife have already established a new home base outside Chicago, purchasing a $4.25 million mansion in Vernon Hills through a land trust, making the Sandy Springs home more unnecessary to hold onto.
