Larry Ellison Looks to Sell North Palm Beach Estate For $165 Million
Oracle co-founder and billionaire Larry Ellison has listed his North Palm Beach estate for $165 million, more than double the $80 million he paid for the property in 2021.
Ellison originally purchased the oceanfront compound with plans to demolish the existing residence and build something new, but has since changed course and decided to sell.
With 8.4 acres and more than 560 feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage, the property is the third-largest oceanfront parcel in Palm Beach County.

Ellison’s 8.4-Acre Oceanfront Estate
Located within the gated Seminole Landing community, Ellison’s estate occupies an unusually large stretch of coastline in North Palm Beach.

The existing mansion is more than 16,000 square feet, with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. However, much of the property’s appeal lies in the surrounding land, which provides considerable separation from neighboring estates and direct access to the beach.
Unlike smaller waterfront parcels where new construction is limited by existing lot dimensions, the grounds offer room to rebuild the property’s layout, potentially incorporating additional residential, recreational, and wellness facilities subject to local development requirements.

Final Thoughts
Ellison’s decision to list the North Palm Beach estate also comes amid a string of major real estate moves he has made in South Florida over the past few years.
In June of this year, he reportedly paid about $35 million for an ocean-to-Intracoastal parcel next to his $173 million Manalapan compound, further expanding the land around what has become his primary estate in the area.
Then in 2023, Ellison purchased eight homes inside a single gated Boynton Beach community for nearly $10 million, reportedly to house members of his family’s household staff, including tutors for his children, within commuting distance of Manalapan.
Therefore, with Ellison continuing to consolidate his real estate portfolio around Manalapan, selling the North Palm Beach estate would help concentrate his properties into one stretch of the coast and offer a potential buyer the opportunity to own this one-of-a-kind estate.
