A New Luxury Development in Miami
Located between Midtown Miami and the Miami Design District, Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences is designed by architecture firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by international design studio Yabu Pushelberg.
The project marks chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s first venture into branded residential real estate, extending his hospitality background into a full-service condominium development.

Building Amenities
While specific details of Achiuwa’s two-bedroom residence have not been disclosed, owners will have access to more than 80,000 square feet of shared amenities across five floors designed around dining, recreation, and wellness.
Starting off, the eighth floor includes a swimming pool and a residents-only restaurant and bar, while an additional rooftop pool provides another outdoor gathering area.

Next up are the wellness facilities built specifically for athletes like Achiuwa thanks to The WELL Club. These amenities include infrared saunas, steam rooms, compression and percussion therapy, hot and cold contrast treatments, and private treatment rooms.
There’s also a separate fitness suite with strength and cardio equipment, along with spaces for yoga, barre, squash, and personal training.
Aside from recreation and wellness, the building will also offer private dining facilities, an archival library, a juice bar, and multiple resident lounges.

Why Did Achiuwa Buy The Condo?
Despite playing on the opposite coast, Miami has always felt like home to Achiuwa, making the city a natural place for him to put down roots.
That connection made Jean-Georges’ new residential project an easy fit, especially with its combination of wellness-focused amenities, unique culinary offerings, and central Miami location.
Although the building is still under development, interest is already building around what it will offer once complete, giving Achiuwa the chance to establish a home base in Miami while becoming part of the project from its earliest stages.
