Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens Sell $1.275 Million Texas Home
Olympic gymnast Simone Biles and her NFL star husband, Jonathan Owens, sold their Texas home after using it as a temporary residence while completing construction of their dream mansion.
The couple listed the four-bedroom home in September for $1.275 million, and the property spent less than a month on the market before closing, although the final sale price has not been disclosed.
The sale comes as Biles and Owens settle into their newly completed Texas estate while also adjusting to Owens’ latest NFL move, which has taken the couple to Indianapolis for the football season.

First Look Inside Biles and Owens Home
Located within an exclusive gated section of Benders Landing, Biles and Owens’ nearly 4,000-square-foot mansion sits on a private one-acre lot with no homes behind it.
With a contemporary design, the home features an open floor plan of expansive living and entertaining spaces.
Inside, natural light fills the main living area, with wide openings overlooking the pool and landscaped grounds.
Nearby, the dining area flows directly into the kitchen where a large waterfall-style quartz island is surrounded by custom cabinetry, modern appliances, a wine wall, and a concealed pantry.
The four-bedroom residence also includes two separate primary suites. The main primary bedroom has a spa-inspired bathroom and two walk-in closets, while the second suite sits behind double doors.
Beyond the bedrooms, the property includes a media room, a separate study that can be used as a home office, a sauna, and a dog washing station.
One Acre Outdoor Space
One of the property’s best features is its expansive outdoor space, which you can see in more detail in the full video tour from MJS Media Solutions.
The backyard was specifically designed around a large resort-style swimming pool with both heating and cooling systems.
A large patio surrounds the swimming area, providing plenty of room for lounging, dining, and entertaining, while large expanses of grass and landscaping take up the rest of the one-acre lot.
The Couple’s New Home
While the Spring mansion is obviously a beautiful property, it was never meant to be a long-term home base for Biles and Owens.
The sale actually comes as the couple fully settles into the custom home they began building together in 2022.
After nearly three years of construction, the project wrapped in 2025, and the couple officially moved in this past February following the end of the previous football season.
Throughout the build, Biles regularly shared glimpses of the process, documenting everything from the early construction stages and interior finishes to the final move-in.
Those updates gave fans an inside look at the home taking shape, culminating with the couple celebrating the space they spent years creating together.
What’s Next?
Overall, the sale marks the end of a transitional period for Biles and Owens, who had been living in the Benders Landing residence while overseeing construction of their much larger custom-built Texas mansion.
With that project finally completed, they were able to quickly sell the home that served as a Texas home base during the last few years.
The timing also coincided with another significant change in their lives. Owens signed a one-year contract with the Indianapolis Colts, prompting the couple to get a rental home in Indiana for the NFL season.
Rather than relocating permanently, Biles and Owens have maintained their newly completed Texas mansion as their primary home base while spending time in Indianapolis to accommodate Owens’ football career.
