Dr. Phil Looks to Sell Beverly Hills Estate For $67.5 Million
Television personality Dr. Phil McGraw and his wife, Robin, have listed their Beverly Hills estate for $67.5 million, more than double the $29.8 million they paid for the property in 2010.
Located in the exclusive lower Benedict Canyon neighborhood, the Mediterranean Revival mansion was designed by architect Kevin Clark and completed in 2011 after a seven-year construction process.
After more than 15 years of ownership, the couple is now looking to part with the over 16,000-square-foot mansion on nearly three acres overlooking Los Angeles.

Inside Dr. Phil’s Longtime LA Home
Sitting on a secluded hillside, the exterior of Dr. Phil’s mansion features grand stone columns, decorative quoins, and a series of arches.
Inside, the 16,079-square-foot mansion opens into a double-height entry room where the main living spaces branch off in all directions beneath soaring ceilings.
Each formal living room features imported stone fireplaces, coffered ceilings, and arched French windows and doors that open to the surrounding grounds.
Around the corner, the chef’s kitchen includes Wolf and Miele appliances and a separate butler’s pantry connected to an informal dining room that opens to an outdoor patio.
Spread across the house are eight bedrooms and thirteen bathrooms, with the primary suite occupying a substantial portion of the private living quarters.
The suite features a large sitting lounge, two primary bathrooms, and oversized dressing rooms with extensive wardrobe storage.
Guests can stay in additional suites or the detached guesthouse while separate staff quarters allow household personnel to live on the property.
Outdoor Amenities
Outside, the estate’s nearly three acres feature gardens, expansive lawns, and multiple outdoor entertaining areas.
Off to one side, a swimming pool overlooks the city, surrounded by lounge and dining terraces.
On the other side of the property, a championship-caliber clay tennis court is paired with an entertainment pavilion.
Making Dallas Home
Aside from this home, Dr. Phil and his wife, Robin, most recently purchased a Dallas mansion in 2020 and have since started spending most of their time in Texas.
Although it was a new build, Robin stripped the home back to the studs and redesigned it around their tastes, with the finished residence featured in a video tour by Entertainment Tonight.
Final Thoughts on The Listing
After ending “Dr. Phil” in 2023, McGraw launched his own media network named Merit Street Media.
The media company later encountered serious financial difficulties, culminating in bankruptcy proceedings and a court order directing the company into liquidation to repay creditors, which remains under appeal.
While there is no confirmed connection between Merit Street Media’s financial troubles and the decision to sell the Beverly Hills estate, the timing places the $67.5 million listing amid a period of significant business uncertainty for McGraw.
Whether the sale is simply part of the couple’s changing real estate plans or reflects broader financial considerations remains unclear.
However, what is certain is that the listing marks a potential end to more than 15 years of ownership for McGraw and his wife, offering the estate to new owners who will hopefully love it as much as they have.
