Inside The Home Today After Renovations

Today, the home has undergone light renovations aimed at refreshing the design and appealing to buyers at its $38 million price tag.

Liv Sells Miami offers an updated first look, revealing spaces that look noticeably different from the photos taken during Mayweather’s ownership.

Among the biggest changes seen in both that post and Alberto’s video tour are the primary suite, which has shifted from a bright, airy palette to a moodier, darker design, and the backyard, where the striped marble pool deck was replaced with a more understated finish and the landscaping fully reimagined.

A New Real Estate Chapter

Mayweather’s decision to part ways with his Beverly Hills mansion was less about leaving behind luxury and more about shifting focus.

At the time of the sale, he was redirecting his wealth into large-scale ventures, acquiring over 1,000 units in Upper Manhattan valued at $402 million and expanding into affordable housing and commercial developments.

Through his newly launched firm, Vada Properties, Mayweather has also pledged $100 million toward luxury rentals and trophy assets across the country.

The sale of his former estate marks a turning point, trading one showcase of wealth for a portfolio that cements his legacy as a serious player in the real estate world, while leaving the door open for the Beverly Hills property’s next chapter under new ownership.
