Entering The West Coast Home
Walking into G-Eazy’s Hollywood Hills home, you’re greeted by warm wood tones, exposed beams, and a wrought iron staircase.
Vintage rugs and curated bookshelves give the space an inviting, lived-in feel, while the arched wooden front door and rich textures add a European-inspired charm.

Living Room Freak Show
The living room, located just to the left of the front entrance, exudes a moody yet inviting atmosphere with its vintage Persian rugs, plush L-shaped sectional in a deep charcoal hue, and a pair of velvet armchairs.

The white fireplace, framed by minimalist sconces and topped with a mounted TV, serves as a focal point, while a striking abstract portrait adds an edgy, artistic flair.

A piano along the far wall, flanked by a row of small sculptures, hints at the home’s musical influence, reflecting G-Eazy’s artistic background.
Sober In The Dining Room
To the right of the front entrance, the dining room exudes warmth with woven rattan chairs encircling a long wooden table set atop a detailed Persian rug. A blend of vintage-inspired lighting, lush greenery, and a Banksy-style mural adds character to the space.

The dining room also connects effortlessly to both the kitchen and living room, creating a seamless flow between spaces.

Drifting Into The Kitchen
Moving into the kitchen, you’ll see dark green cabinetry with gold hardware contrasting against a white, hand-glazed tile backdrop. A farmhouse-style sink and brass faucet bring a vintage appeal, while black slate tile flooring enhances its old-world Spanish character.

High-end stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf range, complement the space, and an intimate breakfast bar offers casual seating. Behind the barstools, a glass door leads to a small outdoor space with a lion’s head fountain.

Primary Suite For Me, Myself, & I
Walking upstairs in G-Eazy’s Hollywood Hills home, the landing opens up to a striking mix of architectural charm and bold personality. A wrought-iron railing overlooks the living space below while vibrant artwork reinforces the home’s edgy aesthetic.

Walking into the primary suite, a massive bed dressed in deep charcoal tones faces French doors that open up to a Juliet balcony, offering sweeping hillside views.

A cozy seating area in the corner, complete with a plush lounge chair and ottoman, invites relaxation, while an eye-catching art piece next to the bed adds character.
En-Suite Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom carries a Moroccan-inspired design, with scalloped arch detailing upon its entrance that frame dual vanities.

Within the bathroom, matte black fixtures contrast against the smooth white stone countertops, while a spacious walk-in shower, wrapped in dark gray tile, creates a spa-like experience.

Walk-In Closet
Completing the suite, the walk-in closet is a statement in itself—a sleek, black-walled dressing room lined with open shelves and racks filled with designer clothing and an enviable sneaker collection.

Secondary Suite For The Tumblr Girls
The secondary suite in the home offers a private and stylish retreat, featuring a minimalist aesthetic with a low-profile bed framed by striking black-and-white artwork.
The room has an open, loft-like layout with a stairway leading to another level, adding a unique architectural element.

Right before the arched doorways of the bathroom, a lounge-like sitting area introduces warm tones with a mix of modern and vintage décor.

En-Suite Bathroom
The suite’s bathroom continues the rustic theme with wood cabinetry, natural stone countertops, and a warm terracotta-tiled floor. Dual vanities and black hardware bring in a contemporary contrast, while soft lighting enhances the intimate feel.

The room includes a built-in soaking tub set against a tiled platform with a large window to view the surrounding greenery. Next to the tub, a glass-enclosed shower with stone detailing completes the space, blending old-world charm with modern luxury.

A Rapper’s Recording Studio
Tucked away in the guesthouse is G-Eazy’s private recording studio. At its entrance, the walls are lined with platinum records, framed memorabilia, and a custom leather jacket emblazoned with “These Things Happen When It’s Dark Out,” a nod to his breakout album.

Inside, the studio is outfitted with professional-grade equipment, including a full mixing setup, large studio monitors, and an array of instruments.
Deep emerald ottomans and a sleek black coffee table sit atop a Persian rug, creating a lounge-like atmosphere, while a separate vocal booth ensures a dedicated space for recording.

The studio’s dark walls and ceiling absorb sound, reinforcing its immersive and secluded feel—an ideal retreat for producing new music.
Let’s Get Lost in The Salt-Water Pool
Outside, the pool area is nestled into the hillside, with a tiled deck that overlooks the lush surroundings, while string lights draped above add ambiance as the sun sets.

Nearby lounge chairs provide a spot for sunbathing, while the upper level provides dining space for intimate outdoor meals.

On the upper level, a tiered terrace houses a cozy fire pit lounge, complete with built-in seating accented by red cushions and patterned pillows.

Nearby, a built-in barbecue area features a stainless-steel grill, tiled countertops, and lantern-style sconces, all framed by lush landscaping.

Final Thoughts
Having spent over a year living in New York, G-Eazy decided it was the right time to part ways with his longtime Hollywood Hills home. After years of using it as both a creative retreat and personal escape, the rapper is officially closing this chapter and embracing a new era on the East Coast.
For buyers, the sale presents a rare opportunity to own a piece of Hollywoodland history—a home that seamlessly blends luxury, creativity, and breathtaking views.
