Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have relisted their custom-built Pacific Palisades mansion for $20 million, marking the fifth time in three years they have tried to find a buyer for the property.
The couple originally purchased the nearly one-acre parcel for $15.6 million in 2018, demolished the existing residence, and embarked on a ground-up build with virtually no expense spared.
They first listed it at $32 million in 2023, but after several attempts to sell and a break from the market to have their third baby, the estate is now asking $12 million less than its original price.

Entering The Palisades Home
Hidden behind its own gates within a small gated community, the home has views stretching from the Los Padres Mountains across Santa Monica Bay toward Palos Verdes.

Why Are Pratt and Schwarzenegger Selling?
Even before finding a buyer for the Palisades property, Pratt and Schwarzenegger had already begun work on their next Los Angeles home.
In 2023, they purchased a 1950s midcentury-modern residence in Brentwood for $12.5 million and demolished it to make way for another custom build, a decision that drew criticism from preservationists and architecture enthusiasts.
With construction on the Brentwood project still ongoing, the couple has since shifted farther north to Montecito, where they have reportedly been renting a home from Katy Perry and her former fiancé, Orlando Bloom.
Meanwhile, their Palisades estate remains on the market, returning for a fifth attempt at a sale and at a reduced price from where the process began three years ago.
