A cobblestone path leads to several entry points: the front door, the living room, and the front office space, each featuring glass doors that swing open to invite the outdoors in.

Other notable highlights from the posts include a kitchen framed by crisp white cabinetry and marble countertops, a library loft wrapped in clerestory windows that flood the space with natural light, and a private second-floor office that has a cozy, cabin-like feel with its warm wood tones.

Our Favorite Spot in The House

However, our absolute favorite spot in the house has to be the soaring, double-height living room.

The space channels relaxed sophistication, with exposed wood beams, a warm stucco fireplace, and wrought iron railings lining the upper gallery.

Natural light pours in through tall windows and French doors that open to the front yard, while a grand piano sits tucked away in the back corner.

Final Thoughts

After more than two decades in the same home, Peter Horton is ready to turn the page. The Spanish-style estate he’s owned since 2002 has sold for $7.5 million, offering a glimpse into the quieter side of a life spent in the spotlight.

As Horton continues his work behind the camera, the next chapter begins, not just for him, but for the storied home he’s leaving behind.
