Antonio Brown’s Former Florida Mansion Sells For $4 Million
Antonio Brown’s former Florida mansion has sold for $4 million, closing just over a month after hitting the market with a full-price cash offer.
Brown originally purchased the waterfront estate in 2021 for $2.925 million during the latter stages of his NFL career.
This recent sale comes after Brown’s estate agreed to turn over the property as part of a settlement agreement filed with the bankruptcy court in December 2025.
Set on more than two acres along Lake Keystone, the property combines Mediterranean and contemporary design elements with a private waterfront setting.

Driving up to Brown’s Former Mansion
A long, palm-lined driveway winds through tropical landscaping and dense greenery to guide you towards Brown’s former mansion, providing privacy from the street.

At the end of the drive, a broad motor court opens in front of the home, where stucco walls, arched windows, a terracotta tile roof, and a porte-cochère-style entry welcome you in.

Great Room
Stepping inside, the home opens into a dramatic double-height great room where soaring ceilings and walls of glass expand its scale.
At one end of the room is a custom-built media wall finished in dark wood, incorporating a fireplace, integrated shelving, and dual television niches framing illuminated stone accents that rise to the ceiling.

At the opposite end, the open layout transitions into a dedicated dining area positioned beneath a pair of modern chandeliers.

Kitchen
Directly next to the dining area, the kitchen’s contemporary aesthetic starts with a massive waterfall-edge island in the center of the room.
Dark custom cabinetry creates a striking contrast against the bright interior, with geometric wood grain patterns adding texture throughout.

Backlit stone surfaces that match those in the great room extend across the backsplash and range wall, while refrigeration, extensive storage, and multiple prep zones are built into the perimeter counters.

Primary Suite
The primary suite occupies its own section of the upper level, with access to both private and shared outdoor spaces.
Bedroom with Private Balcony
The bedroom is filled with natural light from multiple windows and French doors that open directly onto a private covered balcony overlooking the water.

Its elongated layout provides plenty of room for a sitting area while maintaining a direct connection to multiple outdoor spaces.

En-Suite Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom features a long dual-sink vanity with extensive storage, complemented by custom cabinetry and illuminated mirrors.

At the opposite end of the room, a freestanding soaking tub is positioned beneath arched windows, while a large glass-enclosed shower finished in marble tile completes the neutral space.

Walk-In Closet
Lastly, connected directly to the bathroom is a large walk-in closet fitted with custom built-ins, open shelving, hanging areas, and integrated drawers.

Interior Amenities
Beyond the main living spaces, the home includes several dedicated amenity areas designed for recreation, fitness, and entertaining.
Entertainment Room
A large upstairs entertainment room, which comes with a wet bar, provides space to create a game lounge, media setup, or gathering area that’s perfect for hosting guests.

Fitness Room
The property also features a lower-level fitness room with outdoor access equipped with rubber flooring and enough space for both cardio and strength-training equipment.

Wine Room
Behind a decorative wrought-iron and glass door is a room that appears designed as a wine cellar or tasting room. Inside, wood-paneled walls and a private enclosed layout create an ideal setting for wine storage and display.

Outdoor Spaces
Outside, the backyard takes full advantage of the property’s position along the shores of Lake Keystone, starting with its descent from the back terrace.

Here, twin staircases frame an in-ground spa that overlooks a large rectangular swimming pool surrounded by an expansive paver deck.
Mature cypress trees draped in Spanish moss line the waterfront, creating a scenic backdrop while preserving views across the lake.

Extending from the shoreline, a private dock with a covered boat lift provides direct access to the lake, making it easy to enjoy boating, fishing, and other water activities right from the property.

Final Thoughts
Brown acquired this property in 2021 as one of several real estate investments made during his NFL career.
While the circumstances surrounding the home’s eventual transfer were unique, the estate’s desirable waterfront location and expansive acreage helped attract a buyer quickly, resulting in a full-price cash sale shortly after hitting the market.
For its new owner, the property delivers one of the area’s most sought-after combinations: a sizable waterfront estate, over two acres of privacy, and a setting designed around both recreation and entertaining.
