Ben Simmons Looks to Sell Brooklyn Condo for $15 Million

L.A. Clippers point guard Ben Simmons has put his Brooklyn condo on the market once again, this time for $15 million.

In 2023, Simmons purchased two adjacent units in Olympia DUMBO for $14 million and combined them into a 5,261-square-foot, five-bedroom residence.

Simmons originally listed the home in 2025 for $17 million and then attempted to rent it out before deciding to lower it to the current sale price.

First Look Inside Ben’s Brooklyn Condo

As you step inside Ben Simmons’ Brooklyn condo, you’re greeted by neutral-toned walls, soft wood finishes, and statement lighting that create a warm yet modern atmosphere, which you can get your first look at in the Instagram post from Top Closings.

While the YouTube video from Douglas Elliman doesn’t have the personal touch of Ben’s own tour at the end of this article, it still offers a closer look at the condo’s standout design details.

From the LED-lit shelving in the closets to the structural pillars that nod to classic New York architecture, the video captures the refined edge that makes this home more than just a modern high-rise.

Our Top 3 Favorite Spots

We’re obsessed with Ben Simmons’ condo overlooking the Manhattan skyline, and three standout spaces really steal the show: the sleek, minimalist kitchen, the open-concept living room with floor-to-ceiling views, and the luxurious primary suite.

Minimalist Kitchen

Starting off our favorite spaces, the kitchen features a large island with a marble countertop that serves as the focal point of the space, complete with barstool seating and an integrated sink.

The minimalist aesthetic is enhanced by custom wood cabinetry that conceals high-end appliances, while a striking marble backsplash adds a touch of elegance.

Living Room With a View

Across the way, you’ll find the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows framing those breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline.

A neutral color palette enhances the natural light that pours into the space, highlighting the sculptural furniture, plush area rug, and statement coffee table.

Just beyond the glass doors, the 322-square-foot wraparound terrace offers a front-row seat to some of New York’s most iconic landmarks, including the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, the Statue of Liberty, and New York Harbor.

The terrace is outfitted with stylish lounge seating and a dining area, making it an ideal spot for entertaining or simply soaking in the panoramic skyline views through sleek glass railings.

Luxury Primary Suite

Down the hall, the primary suite is our absolute favorite of these three, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing mesmerizing skyline views, casting a golden glow over the plush, king-sized bed and lounge area.

Dark accent walls, soft neutral tones, and sleek architectural details create an intimate ambiance, while direct terrace access allows for a private outdoor escape.

Take a Tour With Ben

When Ben first moved in, he welcomed Esquire Australia into his home for a full tour, giving fans a closer look at how each room flows into the next.

One of the highlights comes when his stylist joins him in the closet to break down some of Ben’s favorite fashion pieces, including his extensive watch collection and a separate walk-in just for his sneakers.

Why is Simmons Selling?

Originally listed when traded to the Los Angeles Clippers, Ben Simmons had been looking to fully leave Brooklyn behind.

However, now that he’s an unrestricted free agent, this new $15 million listing points towards a desire for a full fresh start, as he preps for an NBA comeback after a year on sabbatical.

Whether the home goes to another Nets player or a family, this condo is sure to create a one-of-a-kind home with views of the Manhattan skyline, New York Harbor, and the Statue of Liberty.
