First Impression of The Home’s Architecture & Design
Known as La Presa, Brad Pitt’s new home is a modern Spanish-style villa built with pure architectural brilliance and contemporary sophistication, starting from the exterior.
A highly private and secure gated entry leads to a hand-laid brick driveway and a tall white façade surrounded in greenery from tall shaded trees and cacti to potted plants in terracotta pots.
Inside, the home’s more modern design starts to mold with its Spanish roots, with sculptural arches and original wood beams.
Throughout the home, Murano glass chandeliers sourced from Europe illuminate the expansive living areas, such as the amber one hanging above the dining table, creating an atmosphere of curated elegance.
Step Inside Pitt’s New Home
Every corner of this Hollywood Hills home is simply jaw-dropping. In the Instagram posts from Listing and Listed Nests LA, you can see for yourself just how beautiful it is.
Starting off with the home’s formal living spaces, you’ll see soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass framing panoramic city and ocean views.
Around the corner, the dining room and kitchen combine comfortable luxury with functionality, featuring Wolf and Miele appliances, rich black cabinetry, and Italian marble surfaces accented by Murano glass lighting.
Each guest suite is uniquely designed with curated finishes and views of either the hillsides or the Pacific, while the primary suite has its own wraparound terrace, bath with a soaking tub, dual vanities, and a gallery-quality walk-in closet.
The lower level includes a private recording studio and sound room that opens to the estate’s tiered gardens, sundeck, fire pit lounge, and pool, which have amazing views that David Parnes and Sam Collins offer a unique look at in their Instagram post.

Why Did Pitt Purchase This Home?
Brad Pitt’s $12 million purchase of Dave Keuning’s Hollywood Hills home doesn’t seem like just another addition to his growing real estate portfolio; it appears to be motivated by a deeply personal decision.
Following the burglary of his nearby Los Feliz residence in June 2025 and the recent passing of his mother, the move seems to offer both physical security and an emotional reset.
The home’s enhanced privacy, state-of-the-art security features, and secluded location made it an ideal choice for someone like Pitt seeking a fresh start.
Can’t believe you can look like a scrub and sell a 14 million home.
