Cara Delevingne’s Gramercy Park Penthouse Relists For $9.45 Million
Cara Delevingne has relisted her Gramercy Park penthouse for $9.45 million after first bringing the property to market in October 2025 for $11 million.
The model and actress purchased the triplex in 2022 from “The Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon and his wife, producer Nancy Juvonen.
While the history of celebrity ownership has drawn attention, the home’s defining feature is the highly personalized design created during Fallon and Juvonen’s stewardship, a renovation that was later showcased in Architectural Digest.
Taking up the top three floors of one of Gramercy Park’s most historic cooperative buildings, the residence offers a different look from the neutral aesthetic common in luxury real estate.

Stepping Inside The Living Room
Walking into the seventh-floor living room, walls wrapped in bold vintage floral wallpaper meet custom wood paneling laid in geometric patterns, creating a layered backdrop for an eclectic collection of artwork.

Anchoring the room is an oversized turquoise sectional that stretches across most of the green carpet, while concealed technology is integrated into the room to preserve the home’s handcrafted aesthetic.
Eclectic Kitchen
The kitchen continues the penthouse’s playful style while serving as one of the home’s primary gathering spaces.
Positioned along a wall of oversized windows overlooking Gramercy Park, the room combines warm wood cabinetry, colorful vintage-inspired lighting, and an expansive central island.

Artwork, decorative shelving, and collected objects are integrated throughout, giving the space the character of a lived-in creative studio rather than a conventional luxury kitchen.

One of the kitchen’s most distinctive features is the custom-painted refrigerator designed to blend into the surrounding cabinetry instead of standing apart as a standard appliance.

On the other side of the room, a sitting area centered around a dark wood fireplace with vibrant turquoise tilework creates a natural gathering spot.
The wall is layered with more artwork, built-in display niches, and a mounted flatscreen TV.

Club-Inspired Lounge
The eighth floor features a lounge that is made to feel like a private members’ club. Inside, reclaimed wood beams, plaid wall coverings, and a stone fireplace create a layered, old-world vibe.

In one corner of the room sits a custom-built bar wrapped in wood and paired with a dramatic back shelving display framed by jewel-toned stained glass panels.

Leather bar stools and an integrated wet bar transform the area into the perfect place to entertain, separate from the home’s more conventional living spaces.

Primary Suite
The top floor is devoted to the primary suite, a collection of interconnected spaces that blend handcrafted woodwork, vintage finishes, and playful design choices.
Bedroom
The bedroom itself is one of the home’s most simple and modern-looking rooms, with soft plaster walls, a thick rug, and a sculptural wood accent wall framing the bed.
Curved architecture creates built-in shelving, giving the room an organic quality, while the restrained palette allows the craftsmanship and materials to stand out.

Seating Nook
Connected to the bedroom is a tucked-away seating nook wrapped almost entirely in carved dark wood.
The intimate space features a fireplace, integrated wet bar, and built-in seating positioned beneath a small window overlooking the city.

Vanity and Steam Shower
Across the hall, the vanity and steam shower room is covered in vibrant yellow floral wallpaper. Dark wood cabinetry grounds the colorful walls, while a long vanity stretches beneath mirrored medicine cabinets.

Separate Soaking Room
Beyond the main bathroom is a dedicated soaking room where a built-in tub is lined in rich wood paneling from floor to ceiling and surrounded by tall cream-colored candles.

Additional Bedrooms
Beyond the primary suite, the penthouse includes several additional bedrooms, each designed to tell a different story.
The Vintage Bedroom
Wrapped in floral wallpaper and furnished with vintage-inspired pieces, this bedroom feels like a preserved guest suite from another era.
Framed artwork, a decorative mirror, and a midcentury-style light fixture add personality without overwhelming the space, while the warm wood door and dresser provide contrast against the patterned walls.

The Storybook Bedroom
As one of the most playful guest rooms in the penthouse, the next bedroom is lined with wallpaper depicting rows of colorful houses.
Custom wood cabinetry and a built-in desk maximize functionality, while a skylight brings natural light into the room from above.

The Cabin-Style Bunk Room
Lastly, this compact bunk room is wrapped almost entirely in dark wood paneling and custom millwork.
A built-in ladder leads to the upper bunk beneath the room’s green, patterned ceiling and cabin-inspired design.

Why is Delevingne Selling?
Originally constructed in 1883, the building that houses Delevingne’s penthouse holds the distinction of being Manhattan’s first cooperative and remains one of Gramercy Park’s most historic addresses.
Yet it is the home itself that leaves the lasting impression, a highly customized triplex filled with handcrafted details, hidden spaces, and one-of-a-kind rooms.
With its recent return to the market, the listing appears to reflect a broader shift in Delevingne’s real estate holdings.
Following the loss of her Studio City home in 2024 and her recent purchase of Jennifer Lawrence’s $11 million Beverly Hills residence, the move suggests the model and actress may once again be turning her attention toward the West Coast.
