Jennifer Lawrence Sells Beverly Hills Home For $11 Million

Jennifer Lawrence has sold her Beverly Hills residence in an off-market deal to Cara Delevingne for $11 million.

The actress purchased the French-style estate in 2014 for $8.2 million, a property believed to have been used primarily by her parents while Lawrence spent most of her time in New York with her husband, art dealer Cooke Maroney.

The Hidden Valley Estates home offered a blend of classic European charm and modern upgrades following a complete designer remodel.

Driving up to Jennifer’s Home

As you arrive at Jennifer Lawrence’s Beverly Hills home, a wide driveway leads to a two-car garage, framed by mature trees and thick greenery that hide much of the façade from the street.

The white exterior, accented by warm wood trim and a steeply pitched roofline, gives the home a classic yet unpretentious character.

Behind the dark gates and lush landscaping, the house reveals itself gradually, more a hidden home tucked into the hillside than a showpiece announcing itself to people walking by.

Stepping Inside

Inside the house is a mix of sophistication and warmth, as seen in the Instagram post from Houses of Celebs.

The interior spaces begin with a formal living room, dining room, and a kitchen, which features built-in appliances and gleaming Carrera marble counters.

Upstairs, the primary suite is framed with French wall moulding and features a private sitting area, balcony, walk-in closet, and elegant en-suite bath.

A fourth bedroom was reimagined as a dressing room with a salon vanity, while the fifth bedroom downstairs serves as a cozy sitting room.

Outdoor Spaces

I think it’s safe to say that the home’s outdoor spaces are the highlight of the property, designed for both charm and leisure with abundant and lush greenery.

Koi Pond Courtyard

Before you even reach the front door, the home sets a captivating tone with a floral-lined cobblestone courtyard to the right, offering a charming transition into the surrounding outdoor spaces.

Continuing along the path, a peaceful koi pond comes into view, framed by gravel tiers and centered around an elegant water feature, creating a calming moment that makes the walk to the iron entry door feel almost storybook-like.

Front Door Entrance

You can also step inside through a modest white front door, though the approach feels anything but simple.

Green vines climb across the walls, draping down from nearby trees and weaving along the walkway, while strands of warm fairy lights brighten the path, transforming the entrance into a softly lit, romantic passageway.

Outdoor Dining Patio

At the back of the home, an outdoor dining patio offers an intimate setting tucked between tall trees and set atop the continued cobblestone terrace.

From this charming spot, your gaze naturally drifts upward to the balcony extending from the primary suite, creating a layered connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Pool

Stepping onto the stone pathway that cuts across the lawn leads you to the pool, a sleek rectangular design positioned along the side of the property.

As the sun begins to set, the water shimmers with reflections from lights tucked within the surrounding trees and bushes, turning the space into a glowing, secluded retreat.

Why Did Jennifer Sell?

Behind the guarded gates of Hidden Valley Estates, this property provided Lawrence’s family with the privacy that has been an important value in her life.

However, with the birth of her second child in early 2025, Lawrence’s family and career became more firmly rooted in the East Coast, making the Los Angeles property feel like a remnant of an earlier stage of her life.

By quietly selling the house in an $11 million off-market deal, Lawrence formally severed her real estate ties to California, allowing her to streamline her life in New York.
