Cody Ko’s Malibu Home Sees Price Cut to $8 Million
YouTuber and podcaster Cody Ko has been looking to part ways with his Malibu estate, originally listing the property for $9.27 million at the beginning of the year.
Ko and his wife, influencer Kelsey Kreppel, purchased the foothills compound in 2023 for $7.7 million and have since cut the price to just under $8 million.
Before that, the home was owned by Reese Witherspoon, who sold the home in 2020. Between the two ownerships, the estate operated as a wedding venue.
Tucked just above Zuma Beach, the property combines privacy, acreage, and a laid-back coastal design that has allowed Ko to disconnect from the online world and immerse himself in the nature around his property.

Entering Ko’s Malibu Property
Known as Cranberry Farm, Cody Ko’s Malibu home sits at the end of a long private driveway, which opens up past this weathered wood gate.

Framed by tall sycamores and dense hedging, its mix of rustic fencing and layered greenery reinforces the property’s privacy, tucked behind the trees.
A Look Inside The Property
Once inside, the home surprises you with its charming vine-covered exterior and playful interiors as seen in the posts from IG Mansions, The Agency RE, and Zoe Kasiske.
The three-bedroom main residence centers around a gourmet kitchen finished with rainbow onyx counters and high-end appliances, while sunlit living areas feature a fireplace and heated hardwood floors.
The primary suite opens directly to the grounds and includes a spa-style bath with soaking tub, marble shower, and custom concrete double vanity.
Amenities For Entertaining, Creativity, and Wellness
Amenities are scattered across the property’s 1.86 acres, catering to multiple aspects of Ko’s life, including entertaining, creativity, and wellness.
The first standout amenity is the repurposed barn, redesigned into a dramatic entertaining space with soaring ceilings. Inside, there’s a billiards area, an open kitchen with an oversized island, a bar, a media lounge, and a loft-style bedroom with treetop views.
True to Ko’s digital roots, the home includes a recording studio, along with permanent and mobile Airstream guest quarters.
Equestrian facilities, including horse stables and a riding area, add to the ranch-style appeal, while bocce courts, a chicken coop, and expansive lawns give the estate even more versatility.
The property also includes a detached all-glass gym overlooking the landscaped grounds, complete with an outdoor sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub.
Why is Ko Selling?
In recent years, Cody Ko has noticeably stepped back from his public-facing social media presence and moved away from day-to-day operations at TMG Studios, the podcast network he co-founded.
At the same time, he and his wife, Kelsey, have welcomed their first child, entering an entirely new chapter centered on family and the early years of parenthood.
With those shifts, looking to sell their Malibu property seems like a reflection of changing priorities.
Whether that means a move closer to family, a different neighborhood, or simply a home better suited to this next phase, the listing suggests Ko may be restructuring both his schedule and his surroundings to support a more private, family-focused lifestyle.
