The Run Down

Deion Sanders’ former estate in Prosper, Texas, is currently listed at $4.9 million and has been on the market since April 2025, reflecting the challenges that can come with positioning a property of this scale.

Spanning nearly six acres and more than 29,000 square feet, the home is being offered as-is, giving buyers a clear picture of its existing finishes and layout.

While updates may be part of the equation, the size, setting, and amenities provide a strong foundation for a buyer looking to customize a one-of-a-kind Texas estate.

  1. Why would you want a house of this size and nature in the middle of a subdivision. Something like that needs to be more secluded or at least surrounded by homes of the same stature. Think it will be a very hard sell.

    1. It was very secluded when it was built. That was all pasture around it.

    2. It used to be the only house on the land. Then the land was sold to developers and they built houses and a shopping center in the front and side yards. It used to have sprawling pastures, cattle, a football field, large pond, etc. Now it’s just a mansion behind Kroger.

  2. The Texas Flag has the blue span the whole width.
