Demi Lovato’s Former Hollywood Hills Home Lists For $11 Million
A Hollywood Hills estate once owned by Demi Lovato has returned to the market with an $11 million price tag.

The property was part of Lovato’s life during a turbulent period. In 2018, the singer suffered a near-fatal overdose at the home, which led to an extended stay in the hospital followed by time in an inpatient rehabilitation facility.

Driving up to Lovato’s Former Home
Set at the end of a quiet road just above Chateau Marmont, the gated estate sits on more than an acre and captures sweeping views stretching from Downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean.
However, before you can see the views, getting inside involves a high-security black gate that stretches across the front of the property, hiding the main house from view, along with a tall hill.

First Look Inside
Once inside, the home’s architecture emphasizes light and openness, with walls of glass and Fleetwood pocket doors that disappear to connect the interior to the surrounding landscape.
The main level centers around a dramatic double-height living room framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. Nearby, the chef’s kitchen features marble surfaces, high-end appliances, and a cozy dining nook with lounge seating.
Upstairs, the primary suite has its own sitting room and fireplace, a balcony facing the skyline, dual walk-in closets, and a spa-style bath with a dual rainfall shower.
However, it’s the top level that has the best views with a custom bar and media room that opens to a sky-lounge terrace, an elevated vantage point for taking in the lights of Los Angeles.
Lastly, outside, you’ll find a zero-edge pool, grill station, dining area, multiple terraces, and a private trail that leads to a covered gazebo rotunda currently set up as a gym.

Why Did Lovato Sell in 2020?
For Demi Lovato, the home ultimately became tied to a difficult chapter in her life.
After her widely reported 2018 overdose occurred at the property, the singer put the house on the market just a few months later, with reports at the time noting she “understandably wanted nothing to do” with the residence as she focused on recovery and a fresh start.
Even so, Lovato’s personal history with the property does little to diminish what the estate offers today.
With its dramatic glass-lined living spaces, resort-style outdoor areas, and sweeping views stretching from Downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific, the Hollywood Hills residence remains a striking example of modern hillside living for a future owner.
