Stone and her husband, Dave McCary, originally purchased the 1.24-acre property in 2021 and enlisted award-winning firm Cuppett Kilpatrick to lead a complete restoration of the historic estate.
Though final touches are still underway, scheduled for completion this summer, the home already ranks among the most architecturally refined listings on the Austin market.

Originally built in the 1940s, the couple obtained the historic estate with a vision to restore it as a long-term family home, planning for a three-year-long renovation described as a full “reimagining.”
