G-Eazy’s $2.85 Million Hollywood Hills Home

Perched in the historic Hollywoodland neighborhood of Beachwood Canyon, rapper and producer G-Eazy purchased this Tuscan-inspired villa in 2016 for $1.8 million.

He was looking to sell the Hollywood Hills home for a year, having put it on the market at the beginning of 2025 for $3.7 million before cutting the price and ultimately taking it off the market in May of 2026.

During his ownership, the No Limit artist completely remodeled the home in collaboration with Melody Jimenez of MA Creative, giving it the name Gerryland.

Favorite Spots in Gerryland

There’s a lot to love about G-Eazy’s Hollywood Hills home, but a few standout spaces truly capture his creative style and eye for detail. From vintage touches to bold design choices, these highlights offer a deeper look into the rapper’s personal aesthetic and how he’s made the home his own.

Living Room

The living room, located just to the left of the front entrance, has a moody yet inviting atmosphere with its vintage Persian rugs, plush L-shaped sectional in a deep charcoal hue, and a pair of velvet armchairs.

On one side of the room, a white fireplace sits next to the piano, framed by a row of small sculptures and design pieces that hint at the home’s musical influence.

Kitchen

Moving into the kitchen, you’ll see dark green cabinetry with gold hardware contrasting against a white, hand-glazed tile backdrop.

A farmhouse-style sink and brass faucet bring a vintage appeal, while high-end stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf range, complement the space.

Primary Suite Walk-In Closet

The primary suite’s walk-in closet is a statement in itself. It’s a sleek, black-walled dressing room lined with open shelves and racks filled with designer clothing and an enviable sneaker collection.

Recording Studio

Tucked away in the guesthouse is G-Eazy’s private recording studio. In the upper-level lounge, the walls are lined with platinum records, framed memorabilia, and a custom leather jacket emblazoned with “These Things Happen When It’s Dark Out,” a nod to his breakout album.

Salt-Water Pool

Outside, the pool area is nestled into the hillside, with a tiled deck and lounge chairs that provide a spot for sunbathing that overlooks the lush surroundings.

On the upper level, a tiered terrace houses a cozy fire pit lounge, complete with built-in seating accented by red cushions and patterned pillows, and a dining space for intimate outdoor meals.

Full Tour With G-Eazy

While we’ve highlighted some of our favorite spots, you can watch G-Eazy’s Architectural Digest tour to hear what he loves most and the thoughtful details he’s added to make it a cozy space he’s always excited to return to between tours.

Final Thoughts

Having spent over a year living in New York, G-Eazy felt like it was the right time to part ways with his longtime Hollywood Hills home.

However, after no luck finding a buyer, the place he has repeatedly used as both a creative retreat and personal escape will remain in his ownership for now.

Which is unfortunate for potential buyers, as they’ve lost out on a piece of Hollywoodland history and a home that blends luxury, creativity, and breathtaking views.
