Interior designer and HGTV star Genevieve Gorder, best known for Trading Spaces and her own series Genevieve’s Renovation, has officially sold her Manhattan duplex for $4.1 million.

The home, located in the historic Fitzroy Townhouses overlooking Clement Clarke Moore Park, was listed for $4.35 million and has been Gorder’s personal design space for more than two decades.

She first purchased one side of the top-floor walk-up 21 years ago, drawn to its light and tree-lined Chelsea street.

When the unit next door came up for sale in 2011, she bought and combined the two, a process documented on her 2014 HGTV show.
