Stepping Inside Brown’s Boston Residence
Inside, Brown’s loft embraces a contemporary design marked by ceilings over 12 feet, factory-sized windows, and an open floor plan that fills the room with natural light.
Within the space, exposed ceiling beams add a subtle industrial edge, while warm lighting and brick-lined walls soften the look.

Living Room
The open floor plan begins with a spacious living area arranged around a large sectional and a wall-mounted projection screen.
The generous scale leaves plenty of room for entertaining, taking up one whole side of the room to function as the central gathering point of the home.

Billiards Lounge
Positioned in the far corner of the space, the billiards area is surrounded by the oversized industrial windows on two sides, flooding it with natural light while offering views across the surrounding Seaport streets.
A classic pool table serves as the focal point along with two blue velvet chairs, creating a dedicated gaming zone within the larger layout.

Dining Area
Next up is the dining area, which features a dark wood dining table with seating for eight, sitting against a backdrop of exposed brick walls and Boston views.
Positioned between the kitchen and entertainment spaces, the dining area serves as a gathering point for meals, celebrations, and larger-scale entertaining.

Chef’s Kitchen
Completing the open-concept living space is a chef’s kitchen that combines contemporary design with the loft’s industrial character.
A large island anchors the workspace, providing seating for casual dining while creating a natural connection between the kitchen, dining area, and living spaces.

Premium stainless-steel appliances include a professional-grade Wolf range with double ovens, a commercial-style vent hood, and an oversized refrigerator.
Dark stone countertops contrast with sleek white cabinetry and a gray tile backsplash, while polished metal pendant lights and exposed ductwork reinforce the home’s warehouse aesthetic.

Primary Suite
Around the corner, the primary suite introduces a more private and refined space, pairing the exposed brick and timber details of the loft with contemporary finishes.
Bedroom
Stepping into the primary bedroom, the sleeping area is positioned toward the center of the room, leaving plenty of space around it for a sitting area near the windows.

Light-toned flooring and neutral furnishings help soften the brick and wood elements, while the room’s open layout makes it feel more spacious than most bedrooms.

En-Suite Bathroom
The en-suite bathroom is where the suite’s contemporary look really shines with oversized tile flooring, crisp white walls, and a floating double vanity topped with stone countertops.

Dual sinks are positioned beneath a wide mirror, providing space for daily routines, while an expansive walk-in shower is enclosed in glass and finished with darker tile that contrasts with the bright palette in the rest of the room.

Studio Apartment
Included in the offering is an adjacent studio apartment that adds a layer of flexibility capable of functioning independently as a guest space, a private office, or a creative workspace.
The studio has many of the same industrial elements found throughout the larger residence, including exposed brick walls, original timber beams, and visible ductwork.

Off to one side, a compact kitchen lines the wall with dark cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances, while the studio opens into a combined living and sleeping area along the other wall.
Private Rooftop Deck
Finishing off the residence is a private rooftop deck with more than 400 square feet, providing a rare outdoor extension in the heart of Boston’s Seaport District.
Positioned above the surrounding rooftops, the space captures views of the neighborhood skyline, with nearby office towers and historic brick buildings creating an urban backdrop.

The deck itself has been arranged as an outdoor living room, with lounge seating gathered around a fire pit at its center.
Final Thoughts
Brown purchased both units shortly after signing his landmark contract extension with the Celtics, owning the Fort Point property during one of the most successful stretches of his career, including the franchise’s 2024 NBA championship.
Now, with Brown primarily residing at his larger $10.2 million estate in Wellesley, the dual-residence setup appears to have outlived its original purpose.
Even so, with the loft-style apartment and the adjacent studio, Brown created one of the Seaport’s most distinctive residential offerings, perfect for a future buyer who wants space and flexibility within the city.
