Stepping Inside Piven’s Home
Stepping inside Piven’s now former home, natural light pours in through a wall of floor-to-ceiling glass that frames the front door.

To the right, a floating staircase lined with a glass railing becomes the focal point of the room, as it stretches over a built-in wood bench, adding both functionality and warmth.

Glass Conservatory
Just off the entry foyer, the home opens into a dramatic two-story glass conservatory that serves as a central gathering space between the entrance and the main living spaces.
Floor-to-ceiling walls of glass rise to the full height of the room, surrounding the space with views of the landscaped courtyard.

The room features a large sectional positioned beneath the soaring ceiling, creating a casual seating area within the home’s most architecturally striking space.
Slim metal window frames emphasize the vertical scale, while pale wood flooring and clean white walls keep the focus on the openness of the room.

Main Living Area
Beyond the conservatory, the home transitions into the main living area, where floor-to-ceiling glass walls and wide sliding doors frame views of the surrounding hills while extending the space directly toward the backyard.

One of the design elements is a custom wall of warm wood cabinetry lined with built-in shelving, which is used to display books, photographs, and personal memorabilia, including three Emmy Awards won by Jeremy Piven for his portrayal of Ari Gold on HBO’s “Entourage”.

Media Lounge
On the opposite side of the custom cabinetry is a dedicated media lounge featuring a large sectional positioned to face a mounted TV.
A set of sliding glass doors extends to this area as well, opening directly to the covered terrace and framing another angle of the view.

Dining Area
Positioned in the back corner of the open floor plan, the dining area takes full advantage of the home’s dramatic glass architecture and panoramic views.
A round dining table sits beneath a contemporary linear chandelier, surrounded by upholstered chairs and framed on two sides by floor-to-ceiling glass walls offering another entry point to the backyard.

Kitchen
Just steps from the dining area, the kitchen has a clean architectural aesthetic with a palette of natural wood, stone, and glass.
A waterfall-edge island at the front of the space combines white stone with warm wood paneling and bar seating positioned along one side for casual dining.

Floor-to-ceiling walnut cabinetry lines one wall, concealing storage while maintaining a streamlined appearance.
Primary Suite
Upstairs, the primary suite occupies a prime position within the home, with direct access to a private terrace and some of the property’s most expansive views.
Bedroom
The bedroom is intentionally minimalist in its design, with wide-plank wood floors running underfoot and a sleek linear fireplace integrated into the wall beneath a mounted TV.

The room’s generous space leaves plenty of room around the bed, while dark drapery frames the glass wall to make it easier to sleep with the bright city lights shining in the distance at night.

En-Suite Bathroom
The bathroom continues the suite’s same modern design with floating walnut vanities positioned on opposite sides of the entrance.
Large framed mirrors, stone surfaces with subtle veining, and minimalist fixtures create a streamlined look focused on symmetry.

Beyond the vanities, the room opens to a soaking tub set beneath oversized picture windows that frame views of the hills and city.

Next to the tub is a large walk-in shower enclosed in glass, featuring oversized gray wall panels, integrated bench seating, and rainfall fixtures.

Additional Interior Spaces
Additional spaces throughout the home cater to both creativity and wellness, including a dedicated music room and a fully equipped fitness center.
Drum Corner
Positioned just beyond the main living area, this dedicated music space serves as one of the home’s more personal corners.
A full drum kit sits atop a patterned area rug, while an amplifier and microphone stand suggest the space is set up for both practice and recording.

The walls are arranged as a gallery of framed black-and-white music photography, featuring performers, concerts, and iconic musicians.
Home Gym
The home gym is lined with rubber flooring, creating a durable training surface beneath a collection of professional-grade equipment.
Along one side are cardio machines, including a treadmill and a stationary bike, while the center of the room features a cable machine and an adjustable weight bench.

Backyard
Stepping outside, the backyard is organized into a series of distinct entertaining spaces that take full advantage of the home’s elevated position above Los Angeles.
The focal point is a large infinity-edge pool and spa, lined on one side by a sleek overflow edge that sends water cascading into the basin below.

Next to the water is a sunken lounge wrapped in sectional seating and centered around a linear fire pit.
Nearby patios provide additional room for outdoor seating and entertaining, while level stretches of lawn soften the hardscape and introduce usable green space rarely found on hillside properties.

Final Thoughts
Positioned just above the Sunset Strip and only minutes from West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, Jeremy Piven’s Hollywood Hills home sits in one of the most sought-after pockets of Los Angeles.
After some time spent looking to either rent or sell the property, Piven landed himself a $6.85 Million sale, allowing him to shift his home base to one of the many other properties in his real estate portfolio.
Now, for the next owner, the home offers a prime hillside address with privacy, views, and close proximity to the heart of L.A.’s entertainment scene.
