Why are McEnroe and Smyth Selling?

Although the couple has made New York their primary residence, this Paradise Cove home gave McEnroe and Smyth a place to spend time along the California coast away from their everyday routines.

Their decision to sell appears to be part of a broader downsizing of their Malibu real estate, especially since they also own an inland Malibu ranch purchased in 2013 that they plan to keep at this time.

Similar to what this home gave the couple, its next owner will experience the luxury of a home built around the ocean with the privacy and direct beach access that comes with being in Paradise Cove.
