Jordan Belfort’s Former Long Island Home Sells for $6.875 Million
The Long Island mansion once owned by infamous stockbroker Jordan Belfort, the real-life “Wolf of Wall Street”, has officially sold for $6.875 million.
Located in Glen Head on Long Island’s North Shore, the estate sits on two acres and offers more than 8,700 square feet of living space.
Belfort lived in the home during the peak of his 1990s empire with then-wife Nadine Macaluso, until federal agents seized the property and auctioned it off in 2001 to help repay the $110 million he owed to victims of his securities fraud scheme.
The most recent sellers purchased it in 2018 for $2.4 million and invested in a sweeping renovation that honored key original details while modernizing the estate.
