Juwan Howard Lists Florida Mansion For $28.9 Million
Former NBA All-Star and current Brooklyn Nets assistant coach Juwan Howard has listed his newly completed Florida estate for $28.9 million.
Howard purchased the 1.7-acre property in 2013 for $3.4 million, when a dated 1970s home occupied the site, which he tore down to embark on an ambitious custom build.
Working with renowned Miami architect Kobi Karp, Howard spent years transforming the Journey’s End community property into a contemporary estate that was finally completed in 2025.

First Look at Howard’s Mansion
Juwan Howard’s home occupies one of only 18 estates within Journey’s End, a waterfront neighborhood known for its privacy and large estate lots.
Its design embraces modern architecture with expansive glass walls, dramatic ceiling heights, and an open layout that places equal emphasis on indoor and outdoor living.

Stepping Inside
Inside, a double-height foyer with a floating staircase welcomes you in, while floor-to-ceiling glass frames views of the surrounding grounds and resort-style pool.
Limestone slab flooring runs throughout the main living areas, connecting the formal living room with 23-foot ceilings to the dining room, family room, and Snaidero kitchen.
The main level also includes oversized guest suites, a media room, laundry facilities, and flexible living areas that can adapt to a variety of needs.
Upstairs, white oak flooring unifies the private living quarters. The primary suite takes up its own wing and includes dual walk-in closets, separate water closets, spa-inspired bathrooms, and views across the estate grounds.
Additional en-suite bedrooms feature corner exposures and floor-to-ceiling glass, while several bonus spaces can function as offices, playrooms, or additional entertainment areas.
Outside, the property is centered around a 75-foot resort-style pool surrounded by expansive lawns and beautiful landscaping that make the backyard feel like a private park.
Full Video Tour
A video tour from the Toni Schrager Team offers an even closer look inside Howard’s home, showing how each room flows into the next and just how much natural light fills the interiors through the expansive walls of glass.
The tour also captures the peaceful atmosphere of the community itself, highlighting amenities such as a private marina with deeded boat slips, tennis and basketball courts, and 24-hour security.
Why is Howard Selling?
After more than a decade of ownership and years of building this brand-new home, Juwan Howard is ready to part ways with the Coral Gables property.
Public records indicate Howard no longer uses the estate as his primary Miami-area residence, making the sale a natural step for the longtime NBA player and coach.
Now listed for $28.9 million, the estate offers a future owner one of the largest properties within the exclusive Journey’s End community with nearly 9,000 square feet of living space and extensive amenities.
