The Main Residence
The main house is approximately 25,000 square feet and was expanded in multiple phases, with the final work completed in 2010.
Inside, the home includes large formal rooms, custom millwork, 11 fireplaces, a two-story great room, solarium, billiard room, music room, theater, and multiple kitchens designed for large-scale entertaining.

Great Room
The heart of the main house is a dramatic two-story great room framed by soaring ceilings, white millwork, and a symmetrical arrangement of columns that support wraparound second-floor galleries overlooking the space.
A grand chandelier hangs from the center of the coffered ceiling, while hardwood floors, patterned rugs, and traditional furnishings create a warm contrast to the room’s scale.

A marble fireplace sits on one side of the room, while a full wet bar occupies the opposite wall, placing both conversation areas within easy reach.
Beyond the central seating area, the great room opens directly into the formal dining room and a piano lounge, with built-in bookcases and upper-level balconies reinforcing the home’s grand design.

Commercial-Grade Kitchen
Down the hall, the commercial-grade kitchen is designed beneath a soaring vaulted ceiling in white tongue-and-groove paneling, exposed timber trusses, and oversized chandeliers.
Five expansive islands provide dedicated spaces for meal preparation, serving, and gathering, while seven sinks are distributed throughout the room for efficiency.

Natural light pours in through skylights and a towering arched window at the far end of the room, where a built-in breakfast nook is framed by exposed stone walls and views of the property.
Dining Solarium
Just beyond the kitchen is a bright dining solarium that brings the outdoors into the home through a sweeping wall of divided-light windows overlooking the gardens.
A circular dining table sits beneath a chandelier at the center of the room, while built-in brick window benches wrap around the perimeter, creating additional seating and a quiet place to enjoy the views.

Office Space
On an upper level of the main house, the home office is designed as a circular executive workspace, with a custom round desk beneath a painted domed ceiling depicting a blue sky with drifting clouds.
Similar to the solarium, a continuous wall of divided-light windows wraps around the room, curving above built-in work surfaces that line the perimeter.

Unique Amenities Across The Property
A series of dedicated entertainment and recreation spaces extend the estate into some of the most unique amenities you’ll ever see in an estate of this size.
Wine Tasting Room & Cellar
The wine tasting room is finished with stone walls, flagstone floors, exposed timber beams, and carved wood detailing that create the atmosphere of a centuries-old European cellar.
A long tasting table sits beneath wrought-iron chandeliers, while glass-lined storage rooms offer display space for an extensive wine collection.

Indoor Water Park
One of the estate’s most extraordinary features is its private indoor water park with a lagoon-style pool surrounded by rock formations, waterfalls, tropical landscaping, and winding pathways.
Multiple waterslides descend into the pool, while grotto-style seating areas and hidden coves create the feel of a themed resort entirely enclosed beneath a hand-painted sky ceiling.

Private Performance Hall
The entertainment spaces also include a full-scale performance hall with a professional stage large enough to host live concerts and private events.
In addition to a full-size indoor tennis court, the venue features a full bar, multiple lounge areas, and a massive stone fireplace.

The stage has even welcomed private performances by Hall & Oates, The Doobie Brothers, KC and The Sunshine Band, and Eric Burdon & The Animals.
Bowling Alley & Arcade
For more casual entertainment, the estate has a private three-lane bowling alley housed beneath a vaulted wood ceiling and nicknamed Meadow Lanes.

Around the corner there’s also a massive arcade filled with classic video games, skee-ball, air hockey, racing simulators, and other attractions.

Climate-Controlled Car Barns
Two climate-controlled car barns provide showroom-quality storage for up to 60 vehicles. Finished with polished floors, high ceilings, and museum-style lighting, the garages were designed to showcase an extensive automobile collection while providing secure, climate-regulated storage.

Additional Structures
Beyond the main residence and interior amenities, the estate includes two guest houses, a clubhouse, pool cabana, tennis courts, and a nine-hole golf course.
Behind the pool area sits a separate 55,000-square-foot spa building which includes many of the amenities we already mentioned such as the bowling alley, arcade, concert stage, and water park.
However, it also features a fitness center, massage rooms, sauna, steam room, and locker rooms.

Final Thoughts
Following Michael Kittredge II’s death in 2019, ownership of Juggler Meadow passed to his son, Michael Kittredge III.
Although he appreciated the estate and its family history, he ultimately decided it was simply too large and costly to maintain as a private residence for one person.
The property has now found new owners in golf club executive David Reasoner and his wife, Kerry Reasoner, who are expected to repurpose the estate for commercial use.
With its unmatched collection of amenities, expansive grounds, and event-ready facilities, the one-of-a-kind compound now enters a new chapter while preserving the vision that made it one of New England’s most remarkable private estates.
