The price was cut down multiple times after originally listing for $16.5 million in February 2025.

The couple, known for their roles in Hollywood and the fashion industry, originally purchased the estate in 2020 for $9.5 million, embarking on a comprehensive renovation that transformed it into a modern rustic masterpiece.

Located in the prestigious Ashley Ridge Estates, the property is set among rows of olive trees, offering a secluded and luxurious escape in one of Calabasas’ most exclusive communities.
