The sellers, Dr. Aaron Rollins, a renowned cosmetic surgeon and founder of AirSculpt, and his wife, real-estate agent Marine Rollins, spent five years designing and building the estate after purchasing it for more than $30 million in 2020.
Once part of a cluster of properties owned by singer Julio Iglesias, the site has since been transformed into a monumental limestone residence needing a buyer to finish the home’s finer details.
The property is also just steps from another property that Jeff Bezos and his wife Lauren Sanchez picked up for $79 million last year.
