Matthew Stafford Sells Two Hidden Hills Homes For $11.7 Million

NFL quarterback Matthew Stafford has sold a pair of neighboring Hidden Hills properties he purchased from rapper and singer Drake back in 2022.

The Los Angeles Rams star and his wife, Kelly, spent a combined $11 million on the two ranch-style homes, $5 million for a charming brick-accented ranch, and $6 million for the traditional ranch. He had originally listed the homes for a total of $13.45 million.

Situated side by side, the duo of properties offers its new owners an expansive family compound in one of L.A.’s most celebrity-packed communities.

Traditional Ranch at 5854 Round Meadow Rd

The smaller of the two homes, despite being just 2,500 square feet, sold for a higher price of $6 million.

With 3 beds and 3 baths, its real value lies in the expansive 2-acre grounds featuring private horse trails, a spacious backyard perfect for entertaining, and lush pomegranate and citrus trees throughout the property, as seen in the Instagram post from The Beverly Hills Estates.

Next door, the larger of the two homes is 3,645 square feet and features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, sold for $5.7 million.

Designed to appeal to a broader range of buyers, it features hardwood floors, soaring ceilings, and easy access to outdoor areas, including a nearly 800-square-foot guest house and a pool, all highlighted in the Instagram post from agents Vanessa Gomez and Michelle Gracie.

A Closer Look at The Two Homes

Back in 2022, when Stafford purchased the two ranch-style homes from Drake, the Williams & Williams Estate Group shared a YouTube video tour offering a closer look at the properties as they appeared during Drake’s ownership.

In the video, you’ll also get a glimpse of Drake’s well-known YOLO Estate, which was sold to a different buyer that same year.

Stafford’s Decision To Sell

Matthew Stafford’s decision to sell his two Hidden Hills homes opened the door to one of the most compelling real estate opportunities in the LA area.

Once offered as housing for Rams teammates and coaches relocating to L.A., the side-by-side properties now present nearly four combined acres of coveted real estate in one of the city’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

Even though the homes are now in someone else’s hands, the properties reflect both Stafford’s generosity off the field and one of the most recent acquisitions of Hidden Hills luxury homes.

  1. The Stafford more likely have never lived in these properties. They own another larger home in the same area of Hidden Hills.
