Michael B. Jordan Cuts Price on Encino Home to $10.245 Million

Michael B. Jordan has cut the price on his relisted custom-renovated Encino home from $10.5 million to $10.245 million.

He first attempted to sell it for nearly $12 million in March of 2025 before taking it off the market in November.

The “Creed” and “Black Panther” actor purchased the home in 2022 for $12.5 million and reportedly spent an additional $500,000 upgrading the estate’s security and air systems during his time there.

Spanning nearly 12,000 square feet across three levels, the property offers privacy, scale, and resort-style amenities in one of the San Fernando Valley’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

A Preview of The Encino Home

With 11,599 square feet, Michael B. Jordan’s Encino home offers plenty of standout features that reflect the modern style of the home.

From the 20-foot front door to the basement full of every amenity imaginable, here are some of the property’s most memorable highlights.

Stepping Inside The Living Room

Walking straight through the 20-foot front door will lead you into Michael B. Jordan’s Encino living room with views of the family room to the left and the backyard to the right.

At its core is a wall wrapped in vertical oak slats, framing a linear black marble fireplace, a flush-mounted television, and vertical shelving.

Across the way, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors vanish into the walls, dissolving the separation between the living room and the backyard.

Powder Room

Around the corner, a moody, stone-wrapped bathroom makes a bold design statement with its floor-to-ceiling black marble, floating vanity, and sculptural brass pendants.

Entertainment Lounge

Downstairs in the basement, the entertainment lounge invites play and relaxation, whether it be for a billiards game, a fireside binge-marathon, or a drink at the bar in the back left corner.

Wine Cellar

The basement also features a glass-enclosed wine cellar directly across from the bar, where integrated LED shelves and warm oak cabinetry offer a space to showcase rare bottles and prepare cocktails.

Backyard

Outside, the backyard extends across a geometric lawn with contemporary lounge chairs and multiple dining areas scattered throughout.

The space is bordered by structures that house a gym, a guest house, and a covered pavilion with an outdoor TV and fireplace.

In the center, a sleek pool features a zero-edge entry with a shallow sun shelf, while at the edge of the property sits an outdoor kitchen with bar seating.

See The Rest of The Estate

There are many other spaces within Jordan’s home worthy of exploring, especially the double island kitchen wrapped in veined white marble and gold accents, and the primary suite, which features its own fireplace and a massive walk-in closet. You can see it all in the Instagram post from The Altman Brothers.

You can even see the home come to life at its grand opening after it was completed in 2021, from the Chernov Team’s YouTube video.

The video also highlights how much work Jordan put into making the home his own, noting that the house was originally built with a white exterior but now makes a bold statement in black.

Detailed Video Tour

For an even deeper look into the home Michael B. Jordan briefly called his own, Propertygrams offers an exclusive tour led by two of their agents.

The walkthrough highlights the thought process behind key design choices and showcases hidden details that make this home one of a kind.

Our favorite part of the home shown in the video is the wellness wing tucked into the basement, which finally gets its moment in this video.

Why is Jordan Selling?

Michael B. Jordan has listed and pulled his Encino estate multiple times over the past year, searching for a buyer who sees the property the way he does.

As he moves through post-production on his remake of “The Thomas Crown Affair”, which he directed and starred in, and shifts focus toward new hospitality ventures tied to a broader long-term vision, a change in scenery aligns with where he’s headed next.

With this latest ask, Jordan plans to part with a carefully designed home built around privacy, clean lines, and a full slate of amenities, offering the next owner a move-in-ready estate.
