Niko Foster Lists Custom Nevada Mansion For $21.9 Million

Actor and producer Niko Foster, best known for his recent role in “The Wrecker”, has listed his extraordinary Nevada estate for $21.9 million.

Completed roughly 12 years ago, the custom-built residence was designed as a showcase property for the Foster family, who were drawn to the rare opportunity to build on over an acre overlooking the Las Vegas Valley.

According to the listing team, the location appealed to Foster in part because of its proximity to Las Vegas, where he hoped to expand his film projects, while maintaining privacy slightly outside the city.

Beyond the main living spaces, the home is equipped with a collection of specialty amenities that elevate the estate well beyond a traditional luxury residence.

Wine Grotto

Among them is a temperature-controlled wine grotto, where dark wood cabinetry, custom bottle displays, and a vaulted ceiling create the atmosphere of a private tasting cellar.

Why is Foster Selling?

After more than a decade enjoying the estate they built from the ground up, Niko and his wife no longer need a residence of this scale now that they are essentially empty nesters and are looking to undertake another custom, but smaller, home project.

That transition creates an opportunity for a new owner to acquire one of the most ambitious private residences in MacDonald Highlands.

As listing agent Sam Coleman puts it, “I believe the ideal buyer of this home values exclusivity,” a fitting description for a residence that pairs privacy, dramatic Las Vegas views, and nearly every amenity imaginable within one of Southern Nevada’s most prestigious communities.
