Olivia Wilde has sold her Studio City home for $5.2 million, after it was originally listed for $6.2 million three months before it found a buyer.
Wilde purchased the property in March 2023 for $5.9 million, only months before she and her former partner, Jason Sudeikis, finalized a joint custody settlement involving their two children.
Set back from the street, the property reflects Wilde’s brief but thoughtful ownership, with recent restorations and updates made during her time in the home.

With the sale of her Studio City home, Olivia Wilde appears to be closing a chapter in Los Angeles as her personal life pulls her increasingly toward London.
Since beginning her relationship with British art dealer Caspar Jopling, Wilde has been spotted far more frequently abroad than on the West Coast, presumably making the day-to-day need for an L.A. base less essential.
However, the $5.2 million sale ultimately came at a loss, pointing towards this move being more likely driven by lifestyle shifts than by a financial strategy.
