Inside Hilton’s Vegas Mansion
Although Perez Hilton has already returned to Miami with his family, leaving most of the home empty, his Las Vegas residence still reflects why it was such a natural fit during their time in Nevada.
Stepping inside, the home opens to a dramatic double-height great room with soaring ceilings and oversized windows that flood the space with natural light.

The expansive layout comfortably accommodates the main living room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen within one open space, making it easy to move from one area to the next.
Chef’s Kitchen
At the back of the open space is the chef’s kitchen. Here, a large waterfall-edge island provides seating and additional prep space, while custom floor-to-ceiling cabinetry wraps the perimeter to maximize storage.
Premium stainless steel appliances, including double wall ovens, a built-in refrigerator, and a professional-style range, are integrated into the layout.

Formal Dining or Family Room
Next to the kitchen is another expansive open space that offers flexibility depending on the owner’s needs.
With enough room for a formal dining table or a comfortable family room arrangement, the space features a large recessed wall that naturally seems fit for a media center or built-in cabinetry.

On the other side of the room, wide sliding glass doors open directly to an outdoor patio, bringing in natural light.

Primary Suite
The lower-level primary suite is placed in a corner of the home, providing direct access to the backyard through large sliding glass doors.

En-Suite Bathroom
Its en-suite bathroom is one of Perez Hilton’s favorite features of the home, centered around a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a variety of showerheads.

The space also includes a long dual-sink vanity with extensive storage, a freestanding soaking tub positioned beside the shower, and oversized windows that fill the room with light while maintaining privacy.

Large Closet
Just off the primary bathroom, the oversized walk-in closet is built with custom shelving, hanging sections, and open storage that wraps around every wall.

Loft Lounge
At the top of the staircase, the home opens into a spacious loft that overlooks the double-height great room below.

Within the loft, there’s plenty of room for multiple seating arrangements, with wide walkways leading off to the surrounding bedrooms, and high clerestory windows bringing natural light into the center of the upper level.

Outside Spaces
Stepping outside, the home’s backyard is designed around a central courtyard that places every major outdoor space within easy reach.
Outdoor Terrace
Just beyond the sliding glass doors, a long covered terrace stretches between the home’s two wings, providing multiple areas for relaxing or entertaining.
One end is arranged as an outdoor living room beneath the shade of the overhang, while farther along, the patio opens to a large dining table positioned for outdoor meals.

Pool & Spa
At the center of the backyard, a rectangular swimming pool and raised spa sit within wide concrete walkways that frame the water, with drought-tolerant landscaping and clean lines reinforcing the home’s contemporary design.

Detached Casita
At the far end of the property is a detached casita that Perez Hilton’s mother used as her own private living quarters while staying with the family.
Separate from the main residence, the space provides its own bedroom, full bathroom, and walk-in closet, giving his mom privacy while remaining just steps from the rest of the home.

Why is Hilton Selling?
After only a few years in Las Vegas, a city he will always love, Perez Hilton is leaving behind the home he created for his family as he returns to his hometown of Miami.
The celebrity blogger has said that although growing up in Miami left him with lasting trauma, he now feels that chapter of his life has healed enough for him to move back after nearly 30 years away.
A series of recent health scares also prompted him to rethink where he wanted to be, leading him to relocate with his three children and his mother so they can be closer to extended family and longtime friends.
For its next owner, this Las Vegas estate offers many of the same qualities that made it such a great fit for Hilton’s family.
With expansive gathering spaces, a detached casita for multigenerational living, and a layout that combines open entertaining areas with private spaces.
