Entering The Great Room
Stepping through the front entrance, Morris’ now former home opens into a grand great room set against a wall of steel-framed glass.

At one end of the room, a limestone fireplace with a herringbone firebox serves as the focal point, framed by lounge chairs and display cabinetry.
In the center, multiple sofas are arranged around a pair of sculptural coffee tables, creating several conversation areas without interrupting the room’s open flow.

Chef’s Kitchen
Behind the great room, the home transitions into a chef’s kitchen centered around a waterfall-edge quartz island with an integrated sink surrounded by custom white oak cabinetry.

One side of the kitchen is dedicated to cooking, where premium appliances are framed by full-height slab backsplashes and a custom wood-accented vent hood.

Tucked discreetly beyond the main workspace are a fully equipped scullery and butler’s pantry. These secondary service areas provide additional cabinetry, countertops, storage, and prep space, allowing the main kitchen to remain uncluttered during parties or family gatherings.

Breakfast Room
Next to the kitchen is a bright breakfast room positioned in a corner of the home that connects directly to the pool and covered terrace through French doors.
Within the space, a round dining table sits beneath a sculptural pendant light, creating an intimate space for casual meals.

Formal Dining Room
On the other side of the kitchen is the formal dining room, a space designed for larger gatherings around a long wood dining table surrounded by upholstered seating.
A minimalist pendant hangs above the table, while large-scale artwork and a sideboard provide subtle design elements without overwhelming the space.

Primary Suite
The main-level primary suite occupies its own private wing of the home, combining a spacious bedroom with a resort-style bathroom, an oversized dressing room, and even a dedicated massage room.
Primary Bedroom
Inside the bedroom, a tall upholstered headboard stretches across the back of the bed, while a grouping of curved lounge chairs creates a conversation area in front of a wall of windows.
Natural light enters from multiple directions thanks to the room’s corner placement, and the neutral palette keeps the focus on the volume of the room.

Marble Bathroom
Passing through to the bathroom, the finishes shift almost entirely to marble and stone. The room opens with expansive floor space, oversized fluted vanities, and a dramatic glass-enclosed shower positioned at the center of the layout.

The shower is accessible from both sides and finished with floor-to-ceiling stonework, creating a centerpiece that divides the space while maintaining open sightlines.
Opposite the shower sits a freestanding soaking tub tucked into an arched niche, framed by marble wainscoting and separate water closets on either side.

Dressing Room
Connected to the suite is an enormous dressing room with glass-front display cases showcasing shoes, handbags, and accessories alongside hanging storage and shelving.
A large marble-topped island occupies the center of the room, providing additional drawer storage and folding space.

Private Massage Room
Rounding out the suite is a private massage room designed for wellness and relaxation. Vaulted ceilings create a sense of openness, with soft lighting, wood accents, and a dedicated treatment table.

Entertainment Complex
The terrace level is dedicated almost entirely to recreation and entertainment, creating an entertainment complex with more amenities than most homes ever have.
Family Room
At the center of the level is a spacious family room designed for casual gatherings. It is made up of three different spaces: a media lounge, a dining area, and a wet bar lounge.

Full Kitchen
Next to the family room is a secondary full kitchen finished with stone countertops, open shelving, and a complete suite of appliances, allowing guests to prepare meals and refreshments without needing to access the main kitchen upstairs.

Bar
Connected to the kitchen is a full bar area with beverage refrigeration, storage, and serving space. Dark cabinetry contrasts with the lighter finishes found throughout the level, giving the area its own character.

Golf Simulator
Heading into the recreational side of the level is a golf simulator room equipped for full swings with a projection screen, impact area, and turf flooring, allowing players to work on their game regardless of weather conditions.

Indoor Gymnasium
One of the most unique amenities is a private indoor gymnasium featuring a foam pit, climbing elements, rope obstacles, gymnastic rings, and other training features.

Fitness Studio
The entertainment wing concludes with a fitness studio complete with cardio equipment, training space, and recovery amenities.
A private sauna and cold plunge also add a wellness component to the space, offering owners a place to train, recover, and relax.

Outdoor Amenities
The outdoor spaces are designed as an extension of the home itself, combining resort-style entertaining areas with recreation amenities spread across the 2.3-acre property.
Covered Pavilion
Just off the main living areas, a covered pavilion provides a sheltered outdoor gathering space overlooking the pool.
A tongue-and-groove ceiling, fireplace, and lounge seating create a comfortable setting for year-round use, in addition to the automated Phantom screens, which can be lowered as needed.

Resort-Style Pool
At the center of the backyard is a resort-style pool framed by expansive stone decking and rows of chaise lounges.
At one end, a shallow tanning ledge extends into the water, creating a place to relax while remaining partially submerged.

Firepit and Outdoor Kitchen
Beyond the pool, a circular firepit is surrounded by Adirondack chairs set within the lawn.
Nearby, an outdoor kitchen and grilling station provide additional functionality for hosting, allowing meals to be prepared in the open air.

Sports Court
Just a few steps away, the sports court is configured for both pickleball and basketball.

Enclosed Practice Field
Up a few steps from the sports court and occupying one of the highest points of the property is a fully enclosed turf field surrounded by protective fencing.
The space is large enough for soccer drills, batting practice, and a variety of other athletic activities.

In-Ground Trampoline
Lastly, at the edge of the property is an in-ground trampoline surrounded by turf and tall trees.

Why Did Morris Sell?
After setting a record with the highest residential sale ever recorded in Sandy Springs, Morris is leaving behind a home from his time as head coach of the Atlanta Falcons.
Following his dismissal after just two seasons, Morris was hired as defensive coordinator of the San Francisco 49ers, making ownership of his estate across the country impractical.
For the home’s new owner, however, the property offers a combination of scale, privacy, and recreation-focused features that make it one of the most prized estates in Sandy Springs.
