Inside Lindhome’s Mid-Century Home
Tucked along a private street in Blair Hills, this post-and-beam home can be seen in the posts from realtor Debbie Weiss.
Starting it off, the dramatic living room features vaulted ceilings and a two-story picture window that perfectly frames views of Downtown Los Angeles, the Hollywood Hills, and Griffith Observatory.
The home’s L-shaped design embraces the outdoors, wrapping around a landscaped backyard with a saltwater pool, fire pit, and a bonus side yard that offers an unforgettable vantage point for sunsets.
Inside, natural wood accents, built-ins, and expansive glass walls maintain the home’s mid-century character while modern updates bring comfort and efficiency.

One standout moment is the backyard pool and outdoor dining area, linked by a convenient pass-through window from the kitchen, where you can take in sweeping city views that truly set this property apart.
Why is Lindhome Selling?
Once Riki Lindhome’s private sanctuary and creative refuge, the mid-century home captured everything she loved about architecture, clean lines, open spaces, and a deep connection to the surrounding city views.
However, now that she and her husband, Fred Armisen, have settled into a new home together in another neighborhood of LA, she’s ready to let someone else experience the same sense of calm and inspiration the property brought her.
