Steve Harvey Looks to Sell Georgia Mansion For $4.75 Million

Steve Harvey is selling his longtime Sandy Springs mansion for $4.75 million, six years after moving into an even larger Atlanta-area estate.

The “Family Feud” host purchased the six-bedroom home for $3.38 million in 2010 and used it as his primary residence for roughly a decade before paying $15 million for an even bigger estate owned by Tyler Perry in 2020.

Harvey initially listed his former home for $5.1 million earlier this year and has since reduced the asking price by $350,000 as he continues filming “Family Feud” about an hour away in Fayetteville.

Inside The Mansion

Set on an elevated plot of land overlooking the Chattahoochee River, Harvey’s more than 17,000-square-foot residence is inspired by traditional European architecture.

Formal moldings, detailed millwork, and stone, wood, and metal finishes appear throughout the interiors, with Parisian salon influences in the living spaces.

An elevator connects the different levels, while terraces and balconies extend several rooms toward views of the surrounding trees.

One of the home’s most unique features is its ballroom-style entertaining level, providing enough space for significantly larger gatherings than the primary living rooms.

Aside from the ballroom, the amenities continue with a movie theater, temperature-controlled wine cellar, fitness studio, and steam room.

Outside, stone floors split into two curving staircases that frame an infinity-edge pool on the upper terrace. The water falls over the edge of the pool, creating a water feature between the steps.
