Tyler Herro Looks to Sell South Florida Home For $12 Million

Tyler Herro has listed his South Florida mansion for $12 million following his recent trade from the Miami Heat to the Milwaukee Bucks. The listing hit the market the same day Herro’s trade deal was finalized.

The former Kentucky standout, who was selected 13th overall by Miami in the 2019 NBA Draft, purchased the contemporary estate for $10.5 million in 2022 after it was completed the previous year.

Inspired by the tropical architecture of Bali, the residence combines natural materials, soaring ceilings, and expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces.

Entering Herro’s Florida Home

Herro’s Pinecrest home can be entered directly from the street, where two sets of metal gates on either side of the property open up to short driveways.

The use of double gates helps keep the home private in addition to the abundance of towering trees and shrubbery that hide the house directly from the street view.

First Look Inside

To enter the house, a wood bridge passes over a water feature leading towards the front door set within a full wall of glass.

Inside, herringbone wood flooring, double-height ceilings, and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace add texture to the open-concept living spaces.

At the center of the home, the chef’s kitchen flows into the dining area and nearby den, completed by an oversized walk-in pantry.

Accessed by an elevator, the primary suite on the second floor includes a spacious sitting area overlooking the pool, an oversized closet, and a spa bathroom.

Scattered throughout the rest of the interiors are a private movie theater, bar, and multiple gathering spaces designed for entertaining.

Outdoor Spaces

Outside, the property centers around a resort-style swimming pool and spa. Additionally, a covered summer kitchen and multiple outdoor lounging spaces extend the backyard’s capacity for entertaining or even daily family dinners.

Video Tour

While this home has many unique highlights, one of the best things about it is the open, sun-filled layout.

This short video tour from Lourdes Alatriste offers a closer look at exactly that, showing how the rooms flow from one space to the next.

Why is Herro Selling?

Herro’s Pinecrest home will always mark an important chapter in his life, serving as his South Florida base as his NBA career took off and he celebrated many of its earliest milestones.

Now that his career is taking him north, the home no longer fits his day-to-day life since Milwaukee will be his next home base.

That leaves the Bali-inspired estate ready for a new owner seeking open interiors, abundant natural light, and peaceful outdoor spaces shaped around the South Florida lifestyle.
