Tyreek Hill Lists Fort Lauderdale Mansion For $7.7 Million

NFL wide receiver Tyreek Hill has listed his Fort Lauderdale mansion for $7.7 million following a season-ending ACL injury in 2025 that led to him being cut from the Miami Dolphins.

Hill purchased the property in 2022 for $6.9 million, shortly after signing a $120 million contract extension with the Dolphins.

Located within Landmark Estates and about 25 minutes from Hard Rock Stadium, the property includes a main residence and two separate guest houses.

First Look Inside

Inside, the main house includes multiple living areas, including a family room, a formal dining space, and a kitchen with marble finishes, a wet bar, and an eat-in layout.

The primary suite is also located on the main level, featuring dual walk-in closets, a sitting area, and access to additional flex space.

Upstairs, additional bedrooms and a recreation room are paired with a dedicated movie theater, expanding the home’s entertainment capacity.

The outdoor areas are structured around a resort-style pool and a kitchen that includes grills, smokers, and pizza ovens.

Walking past the pool, additional features such as a putting green and an NBA-regulation basketball court enhance the home’s recreational use.

Towards the back of the property, guest houses include full kitchens and living spaces, allowing them to function independently from the main home.

Home Tour With Tyreek

During his four years in the Fort Lauderdale mansion, Hill and his wife noticeably transformed the interiors of the main house.

The Instagram post from Realtor.com above shows the updated look, featuring a modern, minimalist design in the listing photos.

However, when Tyreek first moved in, the home had a darker, more traditional design, which can be seen in the YouTube tour he filmed at the time.

What’s Next For Hill?

Originally purchased at the start of his tenure with the Dolphins, this South Florida home served as Hill’s base during his time in Miami.

Now, this listing points towards what’s next for the wide receiver as he transitions away from Miami and becomes a free agent for the 2026 season, prepping to find a home in a new city.

For a future buyer, the estate offers what first pulled Hill and his family to it: the multiple residences, extensive outdoor amenities, and a layout designed for both privacy and high-capacity entertaining.
