Stepping Inside The Living Room
Stepping through the front doors, Gretzky’s home opens into a dramatic double-height living room with a carved fireplace and towering arched windows.
Stretching nearly the full height of the space, the windows flood the room with natural light while drawing the eye toward views of the Intracoastal Waterway.

A grand black crystal chandelier hangs from the soaring ceiling, reinforcing the room’s sense of scale above the formal seating arrangement.

Formal Dining Room
Across the hall, the formal dining room has a dramatically different design, wrapped in rich burgundy walls and illuminated by a crystal chandelier overhead.
In the center of the room sits a round wood dining table surrounded by green upholstered chairs, creating an intimate setting for dinners and smaller gatherings.

Chef’s Kitchen
Around the corner, the chef’s kitchen combines dark green cabinetry with marble countertops and a white tile backsplash.
High-end stainless steel appliances, including a commercial-style range and double-wall ovens, are integrated throughout the layout to accommodate everything from daily cooking to large-scale entertaining.

An oversized island sits in the center of the room, providing prep space and additional storage, while a raised breakfast bar offers seating for casual meals.

Family Room
On the other side of the breakfast bar, the family room offers a more relaxed gathering space while maintaining the home’s polished aesthetic.
Deep green walls and a coffered ceiling create a cozy atmosphere, complemented by a mix of leather seating, upholstered sofas, and antique-inspired furnishings arranged around a central coffee table.

French doors and oversized windows line the room, filling the space with natural light and providing direct access to the outdoor entertaining areas.
Breakfast Nook
Off to the side, a sunlit breakfast nook is tucked into a bay of windows with woven chairs surrounding a round table beneath a whimsical chandelier.

Media Room
Up on the second level, a dedicated media room provides a more intimate space for watching movies, sports, or relaxing away from the home’s larger entertaining areas.
The room is centered around a wall-mounted television, with a mix of leather seating, plush accent chairs, and a dark wood coffee table.

Textured wall coverings, tray ceiling details, and layered lighting give the space a tailored feel, while plantation-shuttered windows bring in natural light during the day.
Outdoor Amenities
Stepping outside, the home’s outdoor spaces are designed around its waterfront setting, with covered entertaining areas, a resort-style pool terrace, and direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway.
Covered Loggia & Summer Kitchen
Just outside the family room, a covered loggia extends the home’s entertaining space outdoors. Surrounding the space are arched openings and stone columns that frame views of the pool while providing shade from the Florida sun.

On one side, a built-in summer kitchen is fully equipped for outdoor cooking, with a grill, sink, refrigeration, and generous counter space positioned beside a dining table.

Resort-Style Pool & Spa
Past the loggia, the backyard centers around a rectangular pool and raised spa surrounded by expansive stone decking and lounge chairs.

Firepit Lounge
On the other side of the outdoor space, a dedicated seating area is arranged around a fire pit, creating a natural gathering place after sunset.

Deep-Water Dock
Positioned along the property’s 90 feet of Intracoastal frontage is a deep-water dock that extends along the shoreline to accommodate sizable vessels, while the absence of fixed bridges allows for convenient access to open water.

What’s Next For Gretzky?
With the sale now complete, Gretzky’s time at the waterfront estate has come to an end, but it appears unlikely that he will be leaving South Florida anytime soon.
The hockey legend and his son, Ty Gretzky, recently launched a hockey camp in nearby Palm Beach Gardens, giving the family another strong connection to the area.
Gretzky also owns another Florida residence not far from the camp, making a local move seem far more likely than a relocation out of state.
While the sale marks the end of Wayne and Janet Gretzky’s ownership, the property’s combination of boating access, waterfront views, and expansive living spaces is bound to make its new owner very happy.
