Oscar-winning actor and environmentalist Leonardo DiCaprio owns an oceanfront Malibu beach house, which he bought in 2021 for $13.75 million through an LLC managed by his longtime business advisor.
In the Summer of 2025, he had attempted to sell the home for $23 million, decreased the price to $20 million, and then tried to rent it instead for $56,000. None of these options seemed to interest prospective buyers, leading DeCaprio to take the home off the market.
