Heather and Terry Dubrow Buy $13.75 Million LA Penthouse

‘Real Housewives’ star Heather Dubrow and her husband, Terry Dubrow, celebrity plastic surgeon from ‘Botched’, have purchased their second penthouse at The Century in Los Angeles for $13.75 million.

The new unit sits directly below a Roberto Cavalli–designed penthouse the couple acquired in 2022 for $14 million after moving out of their Newport Beach mansion.

The purchase marks one of the most significant condo deals in Los Angeles this year, ranking as the most expensive sale in Century City year-to-date.

If combined with their existing residence above, the two units could create a roughly 10,854-square-foot duplex, making it the second-largest penthouse in the building, after Candy Spelling’s.

The Great Room at Night

At night, the great room in the Dubrows’ new penthouse shifts from a clean contemporary living space into more of a skyline-facing lounge.

The walls of glass turn the city lights into the room’s backdrop, giving the entire space a soft glow that plays off the neutral furniture, warm wood floors, and layered lighting.

The Den

Set into a corner of the penthouse, the den is also wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in sweeping daytime views, making the room feel open without losing its sense of comfort.

The layout is simple and relaxed, with a low-profile sofa, a pair of chairs, and a central coffee table arranged over a textured rug.

At dusk, the space takes on a more dramatic tone as the skyline glows through the wraparound windows and nearby towers light up against the mountains in the distance.

Final Thoughts on The Dubrows’ Purchase

More than just adding another unit, this purchase gives the Dubrows a chance to grow their portfolio inside one of Los Angeles’ most coveted towers.

With the option to combine it with their current upstairs penthouse, the move opens the door to a multi-level home that would become one of the largest in the building.

That kind of setup is hard to find in a high-rise, especially at The Century, where the lifestyle already comes with four acres of private grounds, a resort-style pool, fitness center, spa, screening room, and full-service staff.
